We aim to keep our residents safe
Safest Estate On The South Coast
Our goal is to make sure our estates can provide the best safety to our residents. We have a contracted security company that provides us with security guards at each gate post and security checking the perimeters each hour. Our gate access works with bio metrics, each resident has to have there finger print scanned to gain access to the Estate.

Access

An access code needs to be generated for each visitor on each visit by using the Gatebook Electronic Visitor App.

All visitors have to present their valid driver’s license and access code given by you from the Gatebook Electronic Visitor App.

We offer 24/7 security and work with a leading security company that has been operating on the South Coast for many years!

Backups

We have 24 house security, access control with patrolling guards, and security power backup systems in place.
