The Home Owners Association is located on the Corner of Knox Gore and Marine Drive. The clubhouse is an addition to the three Estates and the facilities are for the use of residents in all three Body Corporates. The land on which the Estate is built was originally the St Michaels Golf Course. The Golf course operated for more than 30 and eventually closed its doors in 2000. All Even were consolidated and purchased by a development company High Adventure CC. Group 5 was contracted to develop the units.
Construction started in 2002 with Amberley being the first complex, followed by Butleigh and Charlwood. The clubhouse and the Pro Shop were altered with the addition of the large balconies and the upstairs area. The land and buildings of the Home Owners Association were transferred into its name in 2005. The St Michaels Manor Estate hosts a wide variety of indigenous fauna and flora which in all cases promotes the beauty of the Estate.
